Jennings is a member of the council in Trancers 6. During a routine scan of the timelines he sees Jack Deth's daughter Josephine being murdered and clandestinely has Deth sent down the line into her body a few days before to prevent her death, without notifying the other council members, before going down himself to brief him/her.
